Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns cannot be accepted.
Refund
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up will not be eligible for a refund. However, if cancellations are made 48 hours or more in advance, customers will receive a full refund.
